Welcome, I am Pastor Dwight Wyeth.

 

Here at Zion Lutheran Church, I along with the rest of the congregation do not look at the dark world for our peace and joy but instead look to the hope from above.  We warmly welcome each other and all who join us in joyfully walking with our Lord.  Christ has freely given His body and blood for the forgiveness of our sins and so we live with praise and thanks.  We are in awe of the eternal life that God has so generously bestowed upon us.   

As Pastor of Zion Lutheran, it is my responsibility only to preach the Gospel as given to us in Scripture, and teach God’s word as He has given it.  This too includes regular offering of the sacraments (Baptism and Communion) so that we are sustained in our Lord.   As a messenger of God, we followers of Him, are called only to repeat what words God has already given us.  Sometimes even saying hard truths that we would rather not say. We are continually amazed and blessed by the boundless riches that we continue to find in His Word.
